Why operators and acquirers use it

Regulatory exposure, made legible.

Public records are scattered, unstructured, and stale the moment you pull them. ClosureRadar turns them into a single corpus you can search, score, and defend.

01 / Live diligence

Diligence that doesn't go stale

Daily diffs flag new deficiencies, enforcement actions, and status changes on watched facilities — in the window between LOI and close, when a single citation can move the price.

02 / Defensible scoring

A risk score you can defend

Transparent and built from inspection history, deficiency severity, enforcement, and recency — with every underlying citation linked. No black box you have to take on faith.

03 / Portfolio view

One source of truth across every site

Monitor an entire multi-site portfolio in a single feed, and pull a clean, source-linked history report on any individual facility on demand.

How it works

From the official record to an alert that holds up.

Three steps. No scraping spreadsheets, no chasing PDFs, no wondering whether the data is current.

01Define

Tell us what to watch

Targets, operators, and geographies — a single facility, an operator's whole footprint, or a region you're underwriting.

02Monitor

We monitor the official record daily

Pull, normalize, re-score, and diff every record from the state's public open data, every 24 hours.

03Deliver

You get alerts and reports that hold up

Every record carries a source link and a freshness stamp — built to survive an IC review or a counterparty's scrutiny.

Pricing

Priced for the decision it informs.

Questions

What buyers ask first.

Where does the data come from, and how accurate is it?
Every record originates from Texas HHSC public open data published on data.texas.gov. We reproduce it verbatim, attach a source link to each row, and stamp it with the date it was last pulled. We normalize formatting and compute scores — we never rewrite the underlying facts.
What's covered — and why are nursing homes excluded?
ClosureRadar covers Texas child-care operations: inspections, deficiencies, and enforcement actions across 15,011 tracked operations. Nursing homes are intentionally excluded because CMS already maintains comprehensive national coverage for them — we focus on the verticals no national database covers.
How is the risk score calculated?
The score is transparent and reconstructable. It combines inspection history, deficiency severity, enforcement actions, and recency — and every input links back to its underlying citation, so you can audit exactly why a facility scored the way it did.
How current is the data?
The corpus is pulled, normalized, re-scored, and diffed daily. When a new deficiency, enforcement action, or status change appears on a watched facility, it surfaces as a change — typically within 24 hours of hitting the official record.
Is this a public directory parents can browse?
No. ClosureRadar is a B2B product gated to verified, authenticated paying buyers. There is no public consumer directory and no anonymous browsing.
How do corrections and takedowns work?
Because we mirror the official record, corrections to that record flow through to our corpus. If you believe a record is inaccurate, contact us — we honor good-faith correction and takedown requests, and we'll point you to the authoritative source.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are recurring and cancel anytime — no annual lock-in.
Can I see a sample before I buy?
Yes. Request a free sample report below and we'll send a real, source-linked history report so you can judge the data quality for yourself.
